The fees listed below represent our standard charges.
For landlords with multiple properties or tenancies, we are pleased to offer bespoke fee arrangements to suit your portfolio.

Let Only Service

Fee: Equivalent to three weeks’ rent (charged once per new tenancy)

Service Includes:

  • Advertising and full marketing of your property
  • Sourcing and introducing prospective tenants
  • Conducting viewings and initial screening
  • Preparing and managing all tenancy documentation
  • Drafting and issuing the tenancy agreement
  • Inventory check-in at the start of the tenancy

Fee: 5% of the monthly rent
+ Eight days’ rent upfront (one-time only)

Service Includes:

  • All services included in the Let Only Service
  • Collection of monthly rent from the tenant
  • Monthly rent remittance to the landlord with a detailed statement
  • Optional tenant referencing and credit checks (at cost via HomeLet — no markup)

Inventory check-in and check-out

Fee: 8% of the monthly rent
+ Eight days’ rent upfront (one-time only)

Service Includes:

  • All services from the Let and Rent Collection Service
  • Regular quarterly property inspections
  • Coordination of all repairs and maintenance, including:
    • Arranging contractors or tradesmen
    • Obtaining quotations and supervising works
    • Settling invoices from rent received
  • Utility registration for new tenants (if required)
  • End-of-tenancy inspection and deposit handling
  • Mail collection and forwarding (if required)
  • Optional Rent Guarantee Insurance via HomeLet (at cost, including legal cover for rent recovery)

Fee: 1% of the gross sale value (payable on completion)
